    I must admit that this is a subject that has been going through my mind a lot recently.

    As you’re already know, I love my exercise, and I like to keep my workouts varied.

    However, I know that our testosterone levels start to drop when we reach a certain age, and I am definitely in that age bracket now.

    I even feel a little different in terms of how much harder I’m having to workout to maintain my previous levels of strength and fitness.

    So, I assumed it must be my T-levels.

    Therefore, I have almost tried to “force the issue” by focusing on the BIG exercise, such as the squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, and bent-over row.

    I know these exercises will boost the metabolism and can help to get my T-levels flowing once more.
